H1 N1 =Swine flu alert ...another virus yet again!

 H1N1 or Swine flu,,,,now what’s with that?, How can a pig give a flu to a human being? Makes me wonder,,,All the people in this world will travel no matter what bug is out there. But the swine flu has many of us thinking about all the viruses there is on this planet. Swine flu is another one we can add to the collection of weird ones. There was Mad cow disease, the chicken (Avian)virus, now the swine…are we gonna go through the whole farm?

My beef (pardon me) about this is why , in this so called modern world , are there such viruses popping up every time we turn our heads. Years ago when our ancestors were all bringing in their cattle or tending to their chickens, with minimal veterinarian check ups, or safety health checks, were there any kind of viruses showing up like that ? They could eat steaks very rare and see the blood in the juice and never get sick. Now ,if a drop of raw meat juice goes on the counter where you’re preparing food ,you can get sick with e-coli. Why is that?? They used to kill chicken at the farms and not care if their hands were totally cleaned before eating a piece of bread and not get sick .Why?? I sure would love to know ….

Swine flu symptoms are similar to any other viral infections with a fever, cough, body aches, chills, headaches, sore throat and fatigue. Some people also had some vomiting and diarrhea and with swine flu. But all those symptoms are common with other viruses, so in order to know for sure if it`s swine flu or not,,,,you will need a test to determine if it IS the Swine Flu . If it is the Swine Flu, your doctor will prescribe some drug to help you get rid of it. Many have made a full recovery. It spreads just like the common influenza so keep washing your hands!

So…are we all subject to some kind of virus every time we go out for a stroll or is it just because some country are less affective in preventing such outbreaks. Many of my friends go to the warm countries every year, should they now stay home because of this new bug? Is this going to scare people into staying home? I don’t think so. People will continue to pursue their hunger for the warmer climates. New viruses are going to pop up again, and we’ll live through it , again. It scares us to hear about it and we all take it in as any other virus news. We can’t stop living that’s for sure, it’ll happen soon enough. Virus or no virus, we shall continue to travel all over the world. SO Swine flu…please go away quickly and keep your barn animals In the barn along with their virus!
